Ticket prices are shown in AUD and are GST inclusive.

This is a non-profit event. Proceeds of ticket sales cover the costs to run the event.

Astronomy Open Night will go ahead rain, hail or shine.

This event may involve photography and/or video recording of participants and attendees by the event organisers or third parties authorised by the event organisers. The photography and/or video recording may include images or recordings of attendees, speakers, performers and staff.

The event organisers may use the images and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on the event website, social media and marketing materials to publicise and promote Macquarie University activities to key stakeholders and the general public.  

By attending the event all participants give their consent to the event organisers to use their images and recordings as described above. If any participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event organisers and make every effort to avoid being in areas where photography and/or video recording is taking place.

Participants will not receive any compensation for the use of any image or recording in connection with the event. 

All participants attending the event acknowledges and understand that there is no expectation of privacy with respect to the photography and/or video recording of the event.
