Heritage and New Horizons: Croatia and Croatians in a Global Context Conference

It is with great pleasure that the Macquarie University Croatian Studies Centre, in partnership with the Croatian Studies Foundation invite all interested researchers to participate in the international conference Heritage and New Horizons: Croatia and Croatians in a Global Context on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the introduction of Croatian Studies at Macquarie University.

The conference will take place on Thursday 8 to Sunday 11 February 2024 at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

The conference will highlight a diverse range of fields and research foci, including Croatian language and linguistics, Croatian history and archaeology, and Croats, their language, culture, history, and achievements throughout the centuries. Participants will join a vibrant community of scholars dedicated to advancing Croatian studies and promoting Croatian language education in Australia and beyond.
