Public transport services to Macquarie extend right across Sydney. A network of buses runs regularly, and our very own Macquarie University metro station is right on our doorstep. If you need to drive, complimentary parking will be available on campus for this event, with more than 4500 parking spaces. Any areas requiring boom-gate access are not included as complimentary parking. Visit the University website for travel information.

Macquarie provides a range of safe, comfortable and inclusive spaces. These will be open on Open Day between 10am and 4pm.
Macquarie has a dedicated Muslim Prayer Room. It caters for males and females, with separate Wudu facilities.

Just yourself and your crew, plus all of your questions about Macquarie and uni life. We suggest you bring a jumper or jacket, as lecture theatres can get chilly, and wear comfortable walking shoes suitable for exploring the campus. You might also like to bring a reusable water bottle and fill up at the free filtered water fountains located across the campus.
Yes, there is! You can create and save your plan using our Open Day app. After you register to attend Open Day, you'll receive an email with instructions about how to download the app. To save your plan, you simply go to the session or activity you want to attend and select 'Add to my Open Day plan'. The app will be available to download from 18 July.
If you're having issues with the app, you can use the browser version instead. Your registration email contains the URL link and your unique PIN number, which you'll need to log in.
You'll have received a confirmation email with instructions on how to log in. This includes a personalised auto-login link that will open the app for you, as well as your unique PIN number to manually log in.
