“#All In” for Reconciliation at Macquarie University

Michael Egan Hall, 1 Central Courtyard, Macquarie University Wallumattagal Campus

Join us as we go “#All In” for Reconciliation Week at Macquarie University in recognition of National Reconciliation Week 2026.

This year’s theme, #All In”, is a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day. “All In” makes it clear that reconciliation is not a spectator sport and that all of us must step away from the sidelines and take actions that create change.

Event Highlights:

  • Emcee’d by Annalise Hangar and Grace Kiefer
  • Acknowledgement of Country by Uncle Chris Tobin
  • Opening address by the Vice-Chancellor
  • Inspiring performances and stories from:
    • Mui Mui Bumer Gedlam Dance Group
    • Alanah Scholes – RAP Program Manager for the NRL
    • Edward Morgan – CEO of Bandu
    • Josie Downey – MD of Merck Healthcare

Our performers and speakers will remind us of the importance of culture and history and will share powerful insights about allyship and how everyone take action and be “All In” to create a positive change for reconciliation in Australia.
