The fee includes all sessions, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. 

MODIFICATIONS TO REGISTRATION  
Should you wish to modify your registration, please refer to the link in your registration confirmation email or submit your request in writing to events@mq.edu.au.   

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
Refund of commencement fee 
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to events@mq.edu.au.    

Any refund of the course fee will be subject to the timing of your cancellation:   

• A cancellation made on or before Friday 1 November 2024 will receive a refund. 
• After Friday 1 November 2024 - No refund will be issued.  
• Non-Attendance - No refund will be issued.  

Extenuating Circumstances  
Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a refund. Such situations which would be considered include: 

• serious illness  
• death or serious injury of a close family member   
• sudden loss of employment   
• family breakdown   
• impact of crime / accident / natural disasters   

Any request for refund on the grounds of extenuating circumstances must be supported by appropriate evidence and sent to events@mq.edu.au. If accepted, refunds will generally be processed within 30 days.  

Note: If this event is cancelled because of insufficient interest or for reasons unrelated to participants, a full refund will be provided.
