Sustainability

In keeping with the theme, the conference is committed to achieving sustainability goals. 

As such, the catering at the conference will be vegetarian and the conference will be as paperless as possible. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own personal water bottle for refreshments.    

Accessibility

The conference hosts aim for this event to be as meaningfully inclusive and accessible as possible. The accessibility features available for this conference will include but are not limited to: 

• Wheelchair access
• Hearing loop available (upon request)
• Accessible seating 
• Freedom to stand and move at rear of room as required
• Campus accessibility map
• Disability-permit parking available
