Individual Presentations

Individual presentations are those presentations that are not part of a proposed panel or roundtable. These are individual presentations that will be allocated by the Organising Committee into a relevant panel. 


Panel Presentations

Panel sessions will be 90 minutes in length and can include up to five presentations. 


Roundtables

Roundtable sessions organised around specific themes will be 90 minutes in length and include up to four presentations delivered in a discussion format.


Abstract Format

Individual presentation proposals

Individual presentation abstracts should be completed using the individual presentation template and include the below:

  • 200-word abstract of the paper
  • The names and affiliation of all authors and the contact email of the author/s who will present the paper 

Panel and roundtable proposals 

Panel and roundtable proposals should be completed using the panel and roundtable template and include the below:

  • 200-word outline/overview of the panel or roundtable 
  • 200-word abstract of each paper
  • Coordinator's name, affiliation and contact email
  • List of each panel or roundtable member including names and affiliation, and the contact email of presenters
  • Panels can have a maximum of five presenters. Roundtables can have a maximum of four presenters
  • The coordinator of the proposed panel or roundtable should submit the above on behalf of the proposed panel or roundtable. There is no need for each individual to submit a separate abstract for a proposed panel or roundtable.
