If you're planning to attend with your young family or would like to have extra time to see as much as you can from our jam-packed program, check out our selected early bird activities to help you plan your evening with us. From 5pm we're putting on additional planetarium shows, an extra session of our magic show, as well as opening our Kids' Space and Exhibition Hall early. Our food vendors will also be open so that you can have dinner or grab a drink and a bite. The full program blasts off from 6pm with more talks, shows and science activities, and 6.30pm for our telescopes.
5.15pm - Physics Magic Show to wow you with our science spells.
6.00pm - Family dinner at our Central Courtyard.
6.30pm - Kid's Space for hands-on science experiments.
7.00pm - Robotics to get your Robot Driving License.
7.30pm - Planetarium to show you the wonders of the galaxy.
8.00pm - Telescope Park to finish your journey into space, following a pit stop at the Courtyard for snacks.
Then home for bed, ready to dream about the stars.
5.00pm - Exhibition Hall for advice about studying Astronomy.
5.30pm - Time for dinner at the Central Courtyard.
6.00pm - Magical Mysteries with MUPAS, our current students.
6.30pm - Short Talks to listen to our astronomers.
7.30pm - Keynote Lecture to listen to our star guest speaker.
8.30pm - Laser Guide Star to learn about this high power laser.
9.00pm - Telescope Park to see the universe for yourself.
5.00pm - Exhibition Hall to chat with astronomy societies.
6.00pm - Planetarium to take a trip through the solar system.
6.30pm - Telescope Park as we begin at astronomical twilight.
7.30pm - Keynote Lecture to hear from our star guest speaker.
8.30pm - Time for dinner at the Central Courtyard
9.00pm - Telescope Park after dark.
5.00pm - Start your evening with dinner at the Central Courtyard
