FEES

• Adult (17 years and older): $38.50 (incl GST)
• Concession (Concession includes students and seniors. Proof of eligibility may be requested upon entry): $25.00 (incl GST)
• Child (5-16 years) $23.00 (incl GST). Proof of eligibility may be requested upon entry.
• Children 4 years and under are free

MODIFICATIONS TO REGISTRATION 
Should you wish to modify your registration, please refer to the link in your registration confirmation email or submit your request in writing to events@mq.edu.au. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
Refund of fee 
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writingto events@mq.edu.au. 

Any refund of the fee will be subject to the timing of your cancellation:  

• A cancellation made on or before Saturday 7 September will receive a refund minus a 10% deposit to cover administrative costs.
• After Saturday 7 September - No refund will be issued.  
• Non-Attendance - No refund will be issued.  

Extenuating Circumstances 
Depending on the situation, you may be eligible for a refund. Such situations which would be considered include: 

• serious illness  
• death or serious injury of a close family member  
• sudden loss of employment  
• family breakdown  
• impact of crime / accident / natural disasters 

Any request for refund on the grounds of extenuating circumstances must be supported by appropriate evidence and sent to events@mq.edu.au. If accepted, refunds will generally be processed within 30 days. 
 
Note: If this event is cancelled because of insufficient interest or for reasons unrelated to participants, a full refund will be provided.
