To apply, please submit an abstract of your research paper that is relevant to the conference theme and one or more of its strands.
Please note: while authors may be named on up to three papers, they will only be able to present on a maximum of two papers.

Abstracts for oral presentations should be no more than 300 words per paper (including references), and for posters should be no more than 250 words (including references).

Applicants must identify their preferred presentation format: Oral presentation, Symposium presentation (a series of three presentations on the same or similar theme), or Poster Presentation.
Oral presentation
This will be an oral presentation of 30 minutes, including a 20 minute talk followed by 10 minutes for a Q&A segment, based on an individual paper. It will be given by a single presenter or a team of presenters. There will be two or three presentations per session. Presenters can use Powerpoint slides.
Symposium presentation
This format allows groups of delegates to present a collection of three papers focused on a similar theme as a symposium. The symposium chair will submit the abstract application on behalf of the symposium panel. The abstract should be up to 1,000 words (including references) comprising abstracts for each presentation. Presenters can use Powerpoint slides.
Poster presentation
The poster presentation requires you to print a large poster (suggested size A1 or 594mm x 841mm) landscape or portrait orientation explaining your research/work and to be available for questions by conference delegates during the poster session.

Abstracts for oral presentations, symposium, and posters will be accepted or rejected on the basis of the following criteria:
Free of commercial interest
Any paper that is selling or promoting a particular product or commercial service will be rejected.
