Jet lag is a common for people travelling flights that cross multiple time zones. It causes the body’s internal clock to be out of sync in the new timezone, leading to poor sleep, daytime tiredness, and trouble concentrating. This presentation will explain the science of jet lag and discuss evidence-based strategies to reduce jet lag.
